Airspeed indicator is in KPH even though setting is for English units

Brief description of the issue:
In the settings menu, units are set to ‘English’. In various aircraft, the instrument panel airspeed indicator is still in KPH instead of knots. To be fair, I’ve only checked the CTSL but there may be a few other non-US built aircraft that do not transition to English/standard nautical units. The worldwide aviation standard is feet, knots, and inches of Hg. I appreciate having other units available but this should be the default available. Even in Europe, knots is generally used on small or large aircraft for standardization purposes.

Detail steps to reproduce the issue encountered:
Make sure the settings menu indicates English units. Load a flight in the Supralight CTSL, for example. In the virtual cockpit, pilot view inside the cockpit, note that the airspeed indicator is in KPH.

The same issue is true of the Super Cub in the bush flying adventure. The adventure even lists cruise speed in knots but then the airspeed indicator gauge in the airplane is KPH, which is not consistent with the user settings.
