Check your Data settings, make sure everything is on including Bing Maps and Photogrammetry. But that only works if Madrid is a photogrammetry city. I haven’t flown around there, so I’m not too sure.

already this solved thank you very much had disabled I did not know because in, Menu\General\Data\Graphs of the world from data bbing ,it was disabled.
