Alaska Airlines operates the Boeing 737-700, -800, -900, -900ER, 737 Max-8, Max-9, Airbus A319, A320, A321neo. Horizon Air and Skywest operate the Alaska E175.

You are on Xbox or PC? On Xbox, you would have to check on the Marketplace (I can’t guarantee they have it though). If you are on PC, Flightsim.to should have multiple different ones.
AK Air had Airbus in the fleet…for a short time.
Now all Boeing again. Exception being Embraer w/Horizon.
