Brief description of the issue:

All aircraft steering to the left when “Auto Rudder” is off. There’s no wind, clear skies, even with custom weather. My rudders are centered, no matter which direction i am taking off to. My rudders are calibrated so there’s no problem with them in any other sim. I disconnected my rudders and yoke but the issue still exists. Shouldn’t be this way in real aircraft i am assuming.

Just because they work good in another sim, doesn’t mean they will in MSFS.
This sim is quite fussy, there are several posts in here mentioning this.
Use a good calibration tool (not windows) to do so.
As well, do you have a good deadzone in your controllers?

Depending on the aircraft, this may also be correct behaviour. In propeller aircraft, propeller effect forces have to be countered with rudder input to stay on the centerline.
