Thanks for the reply. No offense, but a CC option is available from other vendors I shop with for peeps without Paypal,Google pay linked type accounts etc. Great looking planes btw ![]()
Point was you should not need a PP account to pay with a card using PP.
They hide the link pretty well coz they want you to sign up of course but look for it and you should find it. It’s just a text link. Can’t remember what the wording is. Alternative Payment Methods or something but they may have changed it.
Thanks Baracus, that was my issue. Signing up, not. I’m not much on linked type payment stuff online. I do very little with such payment methods. I’ll go back and plunder around and see if I can locate it. I’m sure I overlooked it ![]()
Had a Trojan:Win32/Sabsik.FL.A!ml message from windows 11 with the Bulldog v 1.1.0 , is this safe to run? The original email message was from noreply@digitaldelivery.com and looks ok but you can’t be too sure these days.

Yes the installers are checked and clean ..
its quite common for new files to be labelled false positives
You can, and it’s always been an option as far as I know.
In theory we should all be running the same version of Windows Defender definitions, assuming we are all letting it update. So if it flags for one of us, it should flag for all. It would be worth submitting the installers to MS for inspection, so they can ensure it is excluded for future definitions.
MS can’t fix it if they don’t know it’s broken.
Already done but as you might know ![]()
These things ( Microsoft ) Take time
Can someone help point me in the right direction regarding my issues with Nav mode on autopilot? It’s my first time trying the new update in MSFS 2024.
I have the premium PMS 750 installed, a flight plan input into the GTN 750, CDI on 750 is set to GPS, and the GI 275 shows the magenta nav line when in EHSI mode. I’ve tried switching the GI275 to both internal and external source, but no matter what the autopilot will not activate NAV mode? It only goes into ROL mode no matter what. The other curious thing is that on the GI275 there is no numbers in the course field ![]()
How do we select the MSFS 2024 community folder if the installer doesn’t detect anything on our system?
I started the BN2 v2.2.0 installer that I have just downloaded via the link in my email and entered my serial number. Then I get the following screen, looking a bit strange behind the dialog:
Nope, they just sort of “bleed through” like you can see in my screenshot. The next screen just contains an input field and a button to manually select my MSFS 2020 community folder.
I have MSFS 2020 and 2024 installed to custom paths, both Steam editions.
so is anything preventing you from entering the custom patch to 2024 ?
Yeah, running the installer a second time and selecting the MSFS 2024 folder installs it there, of course. Guess I misread the dialog to select the custom path and interpreted it as MSFS 2020 community folder path only. I didn’t know if it installs any sim-dependent stuff but it looks like the installed contents are identical for both sims so I guess it’s ok that way.
However, thanks for providing the update!
To alleviate any cross issues (Some we HAVE Seen)
Its a wise move to run the installer again and Update the 2020 Versions
Under testing we have been frustrated by failures cause by MSFS Streaming an Older copy across from 2020, stopping the 2024 changes to take effect ..
TBH its been a nightmare LOL
Mine is located at
%APPDATA%\Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024\UserCfg.opt
and contains
InstalledPackagesPath "C:\MSFS2024"
That folder contains Community, Official2020 and Official2024. I’m not on SU1 beta right now so StreamedPackages is still at
%APPDATA%\Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024\StreamedPackages
you MUST Ensure that all streamed packages are the same Updated version
