This problem occurs every time I fly in career mode in my cargo company. So I can’t make any money with my cargo company anymore.
I fly a cesna 172 skyhawk.

I have also experienced this error multiple times in career mode missions (+10). In my case, while flying the Cargo Caravan in long flights, often shortly before or after landing. These flights usually are about 5 hours long, I have used simulation speed up. It is pretty frustrating after a few hours of flying to come out empty handed. I wish there is a fix for this soon, I understand why many people are frustrated with the career mode, but I am a hard core simmer and love the new career mode despite all this.
Error code appeared 16:50 today, cessna 152 at cruise, received slightly different error code last night around 00:15 308-400-00207.
Today is 08 Ian 2025, i made 4 flights with the 172 in career mode, al eneded with “unexpected error” 2 of them had SIM RATE, 2 of them didn’t, between flights i restarted the computer, the la error screen looks like this:
i lost 7 hours in real time, ain’t gonna happen again.
Some issue here. Every freelance mission crashes with this error. Career is unplayable this way.
a. Don’nt touch the “repair and refuel” function!
b. If needed, bye fuel before starting the mission.
If you do so, there will be no crashes any more.

has no impact. It happens to me with or without refueling. Rather seems time based. Around midnight its 99% likely it will crash with this error.
i was an idiot and used repair and refuel not the refuel bind self. induced pain lol
Refuel, Repair Bind 100% was my issue too.
Moderators, if you are able to send word, a better, more descriptive error message for error 308-400-00209 would be appreciated.

Does not happen to me when I select ‘Employee’ missions.

• I have it every single time when flying as freelancer (c172) and employee also when flying c172 and DA62, but not DHC-2!!!

Within the first few minutes of every flightseeing mission I am experiencing the following “Unexpected error code: 308-400-00209.” Yesterday these worked fine.
Community folder is empty, no dev mode.
Every Flightseeing Mission regardless of location
System Specs:
Windows 11
CPU: 4.4 GHz 16 Core/32Thread Ryzen Threadripper 2950X

RAM: 128GB DDR4
V-RAM: 11GB
Landed after a 2 hour VIP mission. Was taxiing back to parking and got hit with about 10 consecutive “Engine Malfunction” warnings. Then got hit with this literally metres from the parking…
