Just send Ray an email with details (his support email is listed on the store page where you bought the DEM) on the issues you’re seeing. I sent him screenshots of the issues around Maui and a list of the products that were conflicting and just a few days later he sent me fixed files. So @Uzura2203, just pop the support email the details (I included my SimMarket order number as “proof of purchase”) and he’ll likely get those fixed up ASAP.
