Alps mesh from marketplace causes CTD

I play recently Flight Simulator with my xbox one (in cloud).

I bought Alp Mesh in the market (9,99 €).

The scenaries in Alps were not working. The games crashed and I had to restart.

I erased the Alps Mesh. The game worked fine as always (repeat…in cloud…I have xbox one).

Again I tried to reinstall the Alp Mesh (I paid 9,99 € !!!).

The problem continues. The game crash when I play a scenery in Alps.

But this time I can not erase the pack I bought !!! It doesn,t appear to erase it, and it doesn`t appear to buy it !!!

I do not what can I do. Help me please !!

Welcome to the forums! Sorry for the crashes you are getting.

I have moved your topic into Community Help Center for better assistance. Maybe others are getting this same problem on Xbox as well.
