Altitude setting and vertical speed setting don't work in autopilot

Brief description of the issue:`

On an A320 flight I was instructed by ATC to increase altitude to 33000ft. Adjusted altitude setting to 33000 vertical speed to 3000ft/min. Plane was on autopilot but the AP would not begin to climb. Maybe it is something I am doing wrong but I really would like some help with this.
Detail steps to reproduce the issue encountered:

Build Version # when you first started experiencing this issue: Xbox version

Are you on the Steam or Microsoft Store version? Microsoft store

I suspect this is related to the current issues with weather temperatures at high altitudes, see linked post below.

There’s a hotfix update to MSFS tomorrow, so hopefully once you’ve installed that your issue should be solved :+1:
