no matter which settings I choose, the sim allways jumps back to real-time. That’s annoying

No the issue is still there. But it seems not everybody has it.
Have you tested disabling all your addons (community folder/marketplace) ?
Yes, the Community Folder is empty. Nothing from the Marketplace is active
Solved, the external app Elevatex causes it. The app has an option to deactivte time sync

I have the same problem.
I can’t change the time of day no matter what i try.
When i try, it changes within seconds back to real time.
Was located at both Reykjavik (BIRK and New York (KJFK)
Was flying C-172 and C-152 Acrobat
Unfortunately, I have the same problem… no matter where I am or which aircraft I’m flying. I set the time and weather to custom and leave the check mark in Live Weather. Then I change the time, and a few seconds later, the time changes back to real time.
If you own addons, have you tested disabling them (community folder, marketplace) ?

Thanks for that quick reply. My community folder is empty, maybe its the same like DAQUA3828 → Elevatex issue
If you use Elvatex check that you have not this synced with the sim and disable it in options
