I am trying to understand! My system includes:
GPU: MSI Radeon RX6750XT
Monitor: Iiyama GB3466WQ (3440 x 1440 @ 144Hz)
The GPU supports AMD Freesync; the Monitor is AMD FreesyncPro capable and HDR with connectivity between the two DP 1.4a. I can find no specific Freesync or HDR specific enabling tools on the monitor.
In the AMD Radeon Software Adrenalin Edition under the Display settings it indicates that Freesync is “not supported”. Clearly the GPU and monitor are bath capable so why can’t I enable it? I’m not at all sure whether Freesync would enhance the MSFS experience any, I get decent FPS (c50 average) and few tears or stutters but, as I say, just trying to understand why I seem unable to try it.
