Hi there. My home airport EGNV uses a lh circuit off 23 and rh circuit off 5 irl because the tower has better visibilty that side. Is there a way to amend this in the sdk?

You can define the pattern for a runway using the SDK. There are properties for pattern altitude and direction
You will need to create an airport design project in Dev Mode. You need to create a duplicate of the airport in the project and make your changes to that.
If you are not familiar with the SDK and the built in or external tools then there are tutorials.
