Brief description of the issue:
AN-225 is downloaded to the \Official\Steam folder but does not display in the hanger. I have followed these instructions:

Three notes:
- The PC only has a local account for security
- The content.xml file does not exist ( C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft Flight Simulator)
- The sim is completely up to date (no official packages waiting to be installed)
