Press the middle mouse button, the gizmo (that thing with the arrows) will change to a sphere with 3 circle so you can rotate the object in every direction you need (pitch, tilt, heading)
Pressing the middle mouse button again will give you the opportunity to scale the object, pressing again and you are back to the move function
