Right after coming out of active pause for these screenshots, I over-controlled as I reduced power and got double compressor stalls. THAT was fun! Fortunately, I was able to maintain a glide, then air-started the engines one after the other, and made a safe landing on PHNL runway 4R. After parking over on the military side of the field, I started messing around with switches.
The ejection handles work. 
(At least as far as the canopy and hearing Jester sailing off into the wild blue …)
