Thanks @Kapustick - Yes it has been for a while. I’ve added a note to the post to make it clearer. We were amiss in announcing it here. Unfortunately we can’t force people to install the Oceania update so we have to include our Missouri as that was included on the advertising pre-update.
However, if you are on PC you can delete the WU13 folder from the package and that should produce the effect you’re looking for.
