Any chance for a 3-bladed McCauley or Harzell propeller on C208 Grand Caravan?

Is that something that could be a mod? Or something Asobo would have to create.

I fly the black box steam gauge version, and that uses the Asobo exterior model, so I guess it’d have to be changed in the base model and Black Square do an update.

Thoughts?

2 and 3 blade looks so much better than 4 blade, isn´t it? :wink:
Hm maybe some modder can make this, it´s just a slight change of the 3D model (and maybe 2% less thrust or so because one blade is missing).

While we’re talking about it, wouldn’t it be great if MSFS could up the propeller animation as well?

Here is a clip from X-Plane 12 Torquesim BN2 Islander. This is some of the best prop animation there is, IMO.

I would love to see a proper C208B, or even a Caravan I. With the coming of MSFS we’ve ended up with unrealistic hybrids of Caravan EXs with analog interiors, modern Barons with old interiors, etc.

I appreciate the effort of the people giving us the option of having an analog cockpit, but wish it was the whole package like in real life, and like we had in older sims.
