I think this has been since SU5, pulling back, or pushing forward on the yoke causes the livery to come off of my plane, so that the writing displays underneath the wings on thin air.
I’ve attached a picture. I’ve never heard anyone else comment on it so wondering if I’m the only getting it.
The picture is from VR, but it happens to me in flat screen too. You can see that I was pushing the yoke down, which cause the livery to come off in a downward direction and display beneath the plane. If I pull back on the yoke, it will push the livery up above the plane. The same error happens when I move the ailerons too.
I think I’ve seen this happen specifically with this blue Aviator’s Club livery maybe two or three times, but I haven’t been able to replicate it on demand and don’t know what conditions triggered it, but have seen it. If I recall correctly it was on different planes but was this blue livery each time.
That said it’s so rare and I can’t reproduce it on purpose so I wasn’t too fussed about it on my end. Not sure why it might be happening more frequently for you. If it’s frequent enough to bother you perhaps try another livery and see if it continues.
Yes, the Cessna 152 with that specific plane is all I have flown for the past several months, I’m a creature of habit. Curiously I did download the Cessna 152 mod from Flightsim.to tonight, and just flew for a couple of hours in it. I forgot about this thread, but thinking about it, I’m pretty sure I didn’t experience the bug. I’ll check again next time, but maybe you’re right and it’s specific flaw of this livery…
