I just noticed this issue today, I was able to turn on the landing lights on the Beechcraft G58 and the King Air 350, I’m not able to turn the switches off. I don’t know about other aircraft but I started noticing this today. I have the latest update along with the latest hot fix.
I started having some issues turning some knobs and clicking some switches. I just moved my camera view around the cockpit some and eventually it started working again. Not sure if this will help you but worth a shot maybe.
Thanks, I tried that but it didn’t work, I also found out that the same issue exists for the Strobe & Beacon light switches on the Beechcraft G58, and I’m sure other aircraft as well, the Landing Lights, Strobe and Beacon switches are always stuck in the on position. I’ll report this as a bug.
Gee, even the Zendesk bug reporting has a problem! I opened a bug report on the site and it automatically put it in “Solved” status!

Okay, I found out that I have pre-programmed buttons on my new Honeycomb Bravo Throttle Quadrant that operate the landing, strobe and beacon lights on the instrument panels, along with others, so when those buttons are programmed you won’t be able to use the mouse to turn those switches off, it’s odd because you can use it to turn them on.
If you leave the switchers off on the Alpha and turn then on with the mouse, you should be able to turn them off with the mouse as well. If you turn them on with the switch, you won’t be able to turn them off with the mouse.
Let’s click that solution checkbox. Make it easier for the next user that has this issue.
Thanks, it’s odd that both the mouse and the throttle quadrant don’t work independently of each other.
I disabled all the buttons on my Honeycomb Bravo throttle quadrant, including those that pertain to the auto-pilot, which are preset in a profile in MSFS 2020, apparently there are issues with the sim if you want to use both the presets in the default throttle quadrant profile and interface with the instrument panels using the mouse, and I’m not only referring to the exterior light switches, I was experiencing problems using the auto-pilot also on a test flight I did yesterday with the default Boeing 787.
