i know asobosoft must take a cut from each sale on the marketplace but i also think it would be prudent for there product that if after testing the 3rd party software meets security criteria, they could take an interest in the quality of the download too?
Devs like this are an insult to ones that make an effort to produce and update some great programs.
Their scenery is pretty bad, too. Not bad visually (I havenāt reviewed their parking or taxiway quality), but for every scenery Iāve purchased from them, Iāve had to fix VFS issues (modellib.bgl, etc.).
Regarding Microsoft taking an interest in the quality of 3rd party products (Asobo has nothing to do with the Marketplace), thatās an impossible undertaking for so many reasons. Itās up to users to do their research, just like everywhere else in life.

i agree research before purchase is everything , but in sim marketplace purchases will always reflect on asobosoft. with the poor to useless in sim rating system and they being the ones dealing with refunds , i think it would be in there best interests to offer add ons at least up to default standards as aircraft are concerned. more so for xbox fliers as this is the only source of 3rd party additions .

I canāt believe people keep buying this thing, the cockpit alone looks like XB360 Minecraft and the ratings are terrible. Yet it keeps getting purchased, WHY!?

the whole point of a forum is to discuss these issues. if the powers that be have proof that Mscenery are not poor dev`s then they should post it. Or Mscenery should try and defend themselves

I canāt tell you how disappointed I amā¦ Iāll buy any B-52 I see in the market place but this one is bad. Missing several things, poor flight characteristics, and the list goes on.
Save your money and support a legit developer.

Yeah, I have a couple MSFScenery sceneries. The airports Iāve purchased from them are ok, but they all have issues which could cause CTDās because of VFS confusion. I can fix it on my PC, but Xbox users are out of luck. I wonāt be purchasing any more products from them.
Donāt let emotions dictate your purchases. Wait it out and watch YouTube reviews before making your decision.

unfortunately if you are xbox based not many good reviewers on youtube. i have nine aircraft on my wishlist i`m not convinced about yet. none are Mscenery tho
Iām happy with KwikFlightās B-2, and they just released a B-1B that looks pretty good. Could a B-52 be next on their project list? Iād definitely buy it on day one!
Iād hope not. We already have a b52 available. Iād be all for kwik flight making other military planes we donāt have
I was completely underwhelmed by the photos of the MScenery B-52 thatās available on the Marketplace, so I decided to hold out for a higher quality version by another vendor. It looks like SimWorks Studios is working on a BUFF, so hopefully there will be more options soon.

Iām excited for the SWS B-52. MScenery having one is the same as there not being one for some of us.
But with MScenery covering the āif itās cheap and the 3D model looks right Iām fine with itā crowd, and SWS covering the āaccurate representation of the real planeā crowd, thereās no need for Kwik Flight to land in the middle between them here.
