Yes, I guess Brexit made the VirtualFly products much more expensive overnight for us in the UK!
I use the VF TQ6 exclusively. If detents are not supported in the sim you can always set those any way you like by using FSUIPC7. I even 3D-printed a flap detent for the B737 and programmed it (using the 2nd mixture handle as flap lever)
The only disadvantage compared to the GoFlight TQ6 I had before is that you cannot replace the handles by airline type handles. For the rest, the feel is superb.
