I installed the basic version from gamepass today. I notice the receive bandwith go down to 8Kbps while there are 11 external connections established plus dozens of IPv4 Loopbacks being spawned. CPU goes down to 1%.
Screen just shows Customize Identity on blue background.
And of course the infinitely spinning circle.
I have 7800x3d plus 4080 and 125Mbps up and down (always).
I cleaned the hosts file and restarted.
It was the cause.
