Hi, for the first time I notice that AOA and trim are very high. I know there may be problems with the flight speed, but the autopilot gives me this speed. It makes no difference if I have LVR CL and Auto. I changed the height to 34 instead of 37, no change.
Is your flight director turned on?
I don’t get the problem? AOA between 2 to 4 degrees is best lift to drag ratio so no problems there and trim is centered…
Okey, just looks like there is 20 cows in the back of the plane togheter with all the cateringwagons. But if that is correct im happy.
Thanks all of you
But what do you mean exactly? AOA and trim look okay on the first picture. You mean the pitch is a bit up? For 240 kts doesn’t look unusual. Its a bit low speed for cruise.
I have not seen it before, just that. If the speed is to low, why do the autopilot give that to me.
But i thanks you all, then i know its correct anyway. I have always flown and the plane for some reasons have AOA like 1 or 0
I think you are mistaken AOA and pitch. AOA isn’t displayed on the Airbus (only on the HUD in outside view). Anyway both the pitch and AOA seem correct. Regarding the speed, could be a bug or maybe you didn’t program the FMC correctly? FL370 could also be too high when heavy.
It’s hard to see, but if there are speed constraints in the waypoint, the Aircraft will keep that constraint speed until you passed that waypoint.
I guess if you disagree with the speed, you can just switch to selected airspeed and speed it up yourself.
Otherwise, check your MCDU PERF page, and check on every page, especially the Climb, Cruise, and Descent pages, they should have the calculated managed airspeed in there, if they match your current managed airspeed. Then I guess it’s either a weird calculation from the MCDU itself from a bug or incorrect input as Nijntje91 said.
