On approach various aircraft still do not the use correct course via AP, but just start circling, or continue straight on. This doesn’t happen at every airport and it doesn’t happen all the time. But with certain airports, Bristol EGGD for example it happens 90% of the time, especially when the plane has to navigate over the airfield itself.
Yeah im getting the same issue these last few days A320 just goes off course coming onto a approach…Iv not changed anything these last 2 days not sure whats going on with it
I always fly the 747 and over the last week or so, while flying on autopilot, it will start to speed up and loose altitude, then after you fall about 2 or 3K feet, it corrects itself. It also will not follow ILS on approach mode, and then it will not follow the altitude set. Its very random. Around this same time I had installed the Salty 747 mod, but after flying a couple of times I realized the radar was not working properly, so I deleted it in the community folder (it was the only thing in that folder) and that’s about the time this all started. Are there supposed to be any files in the community folder with the original install? I’m just wondering if something else was tied to the the original file that was messed up when I deleted Salty 747.
I don’t know if this is the same issue or a separate issue, but my A320neo (both stock without any mods and the A32NX) also veers off course when on AP. It doesn’t seem to matter whether it’s in heading mode or NAV mode.
Really frustrating and I’m surprised there aren’t more threads about this seeing how often this happens to me. I’m beginning to think it’s because of something specific about my system.
I’m flying with keyboard mouse and xbox controller. I’ve tried setting the deadzone to 5% and sometimes it seems to work and sometimes it doesn’t. I’m thinking it’s not really about the deadzone, it’s simply about pausing / unpausing or making a change to the settings and resuming flight. Sometimes I can get it to start working again by enabling and disabling “LOC” on the dashboard or by generally fiddling about with the AP settings.
I have reported my bug here: https://flightsimulator.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/90583

I’m having all kinds of weird, random issues. Flying completely off course with AP, random, on again off again freezing of controls, but plane still flying, Getting near the end of the runway on ILS and then it decides to suddenly nose dive. IM VERY FRUSTRATED and have NOT been able to find any answers.
