Ive recently started flying the f4f, f3f, and f6f and wanted to use carriers with them. They are all naval capable aircraft but the more modern carriers look weird with old aircraft.
Check the Market place, There is the Lexington. It populates in 5 -6 different areas.

The Willdcat has the baked in arrest with the tailhook deployed. You can carrier land on them no problem(and just about anything else without crash detection). The cables are shown on the 'Lex, and you need to land at a proper attitude to ‘capture’ the hook, it’s more than close enough. You can spawn on them, taxi to an appropriate spot and takeoff very accurate to real life(or use the baked in catapult on the Wildcat). Plus you get one right in the harbor at Pearl, so with GS, the LHA’s and Supercarrier pro there’s stuff all over the place to land on. Anything remotely STOL can land on them no problem.
The Lexington is worth it. They need to do an Essex. Easy on the frames no issues at all. Supercarrier pro being able to go into the hangar bay on an elevator is another story. You feel like your little fighter is annoying everyone on a Nimitz.
