This is great. I’m going to be doing the same thing when the Carenado 337 Skymaster is out. I’ve already planned every stop with the help of LittleNavMap and the real Round the World trip that Travis Ludlow is doing. (with some modifications to see more of the world) Good luck, maybe I’ll pass you in the air sometime.

This is a really cool project! I tried World Tours in a 172 and a Bonanza but both felt not right to me. A 152 seems like a great idea - or a Savage Cub. Around the World in a small “bush plane” … I’m already thrilled to see how your journey goes!

I’m doing this too though with an Arrow III Turbo starting in Australia! Doing it in two hours legs and at about leg 6. Not using autopilot or GPS, all just pilotage and dead reckoning. Reckon it’s a good way to learn to fly (in the game).

That last screen with the statistics, what’s that from? I’ve been looking for something good to keep a record (though I don’t mean a recording) of each leg for posterity.

What have you been doing from the realism perspective?

I’ve been:

only going to airports with fuel using this site:
https://fsxmap.com/. Hasn’t happened yet, but if no airport is available within the two hour leg without fuel then I’ll take note of how much fuel I have.

Only landing on airports of entry when crossing borders.

Checking that airports are open to the public.

Keeping weather to live etc.
