You have to use the Set Speed Brake axis I think. I ran into the same problem.

I have set it. The spoiler lever on my quadrant moves the wing spoilers but not the cockpit lever.

What my issue is it move the spoilers lever but only between the ARMED and FLIGHT DETENT position. If I want to fully extend or retract I need to use mouse and move the lever. Is there a workaround? I tried to play with the curve but didnt help.

There are numerous settings that sound the same like Spoiler Axis, Spoiler Set, Spoiler A. None of them work. The only one that does is specifically called “Speed Brakes Set”. You have to search for it. It doesn’t show up in the default settings.

And I’ve found that even with that one set, the speed brake lever on the Bravo won’t always make it move in sim. If I move my Bravo lever, notice that it’s not moving in sim and then go to manually move it with my Quest controller, it will often jump to the position on the Bravo suddenly and then it will work when I move the Bravo lever. I also got my TOGA button working in the tutorial but then it stopped working in later flights even though I’ve verified that the controller settings are still there.
