Hi, the two boeing have gotten a makeover avionics wise. Which is very good. However there are a few things that could be done by the modelling team with regards to how the 787 and the 747 appears on the exterior to correctly represent the real aircraft.
-
Beacon and Strobe lights flashing sequence on the 787 & 747-8. These are presently incorrectly simulated, the current exterior lights look like the ones in FSX. The 787s and 747-8 are using LED lights and should be more white than a off white colour.
-
Position of the beacon lights on the 787. Presently this is the biggest misrepresentation of the 787, the correct location of the top beacon lights should be more forward, near the wifi antennas rather than in in middle of the tuselage.
-
Size of strobe and beacon. Look at real world videos of the 787/747-8.
-
Lastly, can we have volumetric or lights that reflect more on the aircraft and the ground. Night ops are bland with the current lighting, beacons and strones and navigation lights are too dim. Make these brighter.
Thank you!
