On Xbox? If so I get this error when I open MSFS via Quick Resume, close it and fully quit it, reopen and you should be good to go
No sure, I have Prem Deluxe, maybe that.

I confirm, 16,99$ CAD instead of 25,99$ (I also have the premium Deluxe version)
for those on steam getting “purchase pending”
Open Steam, go to Settings
Click the In-Game tab to verify that ‘Enable the Steam Overlay While In Game’ is checked
Go to the Library, select the game, and under Properties make sure it’s checked there too
Start MSFS, go to Marketplace, and try again
You should get the Steam pop up to allow purchase to go through

You shouldn’t expect more liveries for legal reasons, Microsoft are strict with that and would need to approach airlines individually for approval, which proved to be difficult as per Jörg.
There will be livery packs released soon enough for those on Xbox and on flight sim.to and other places for PC user’s.
