This type of glitch is usually due to a mod conflict. I saw you tested without any mod so I guess you have your community folder empty ?. Do you also have marketplace addons ?
Could you try to start the sim in safe mode ?: once in the sim, terminate msfs.exe and restart. You’ll have the safe mode option.

Thanks for your reply. I confirm the community folder was empty. I only have one marketplace add-on (LGMK airport) all the rest are premium deluxe content and I have not installed the Dune thing. I will try in safe mode and let you know.
