This is rather worrying, particularly since I’m sat right next to one.
JayzTwoCents on YouTube and another engineer discovered that all the boards they examined that failed have a capacitor installed backwards. This video shows how you can easily check your board to see if it may be affected. He referenced another video that gets a bit more technical on the subject.
