Brief description of the issue:
TTS mispronounces Fernando Luis Ribas Dominicci Airport in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
One way to fix this is to modify the applicable .locPak files as follows:

Detailed steps to reproduce the issue encountered:
- Start Microsoft Flight Simulator.
- In the World Map, start a flight at TJIG. Often, you will hear the airport “Dominicci” in the pre-flight cinematic. However, if you don’t, simply talk to ATC at takeoff. This is an uncontrolled airport, so just announce your takeoff and you will hear it.
