In FS20, it was possible to open the assistances toolbar menu and quickly toggle the AI ATC assistance on or off. This appears to be missing from 2024, and is a crucial feature for those of us who use the default ATC. Thank you.

Why would you change this in flight? Just wondering.
The Assistance like autoflight and autocomplete or read checklists was removed from 2024. You can only set on/off for ATC assistance in the main settings.

A few reasons:
I want to request IFR clearance manually, do the pushback, then turn on copilot and have it request taxi etc. Otherwise the AI will request pushback and taxi before you have a chance to set up the aircraft.
If I want to request to change the approach, I need it off to be able to do that smoothly, or it just keeps acknowledging, and once you get handed to tower, it is too late to change it.
If the AI bugs out (happens quite often in 2020, and currently the AI keeps looping requesting IFR in 2024), I would like to be able to turn it off without having to break immersion and risking a crash by pausing and going to the menu.

The ideal would be to have AI in the toolbar and that from the assistance menu you could choose, selecting/deselecting which assistances you wants to have in the toolbar.
I only use ATC AI exactly like tabasco3234, but other simmers could configure: taxi ribbon, flight path, trimm, etc.
Could we add to this a Toggle control binding?
Agreed would be nice to have a bind for it too

The ATC is horrible and it needs a complete overhaul.

Good evening everyone…
I used AI Pilot and auto check list in MFS2020 and this is very easy for us that we don’t have the experience to used FMC or EFB in MFS2024.
If anyone of the Developers hearing me, 
pls add these futures in the toolbar and the fast forward section in the flights, to makes our life…easier 
I never imagined ATC could be worse than FS2020, which was already buggy. I was hoping to finally use ATC in FS2024, but I think the best thing at the moment is to fly without ATC.

I do the same, also quiting the IFR is not possible, because the AI ask again for IFR. I have been looking for a binding to a switch on the yoke, but I can’t find anything. I could find a binding for the Ribbons so I can activate it easy when I have to taxi.
