ISSUE DESCRIPTION
Description of the issue: For some flight plans, you will receive an ATC message stating that you can cancel the IFR flight plan and switch to VFR. If you do so, the IFR flight plan will be automatically reactivated after approximately 1 minute.

Start flight and follow the plan with auto pilot

ATC reports the possibility of switching to VFR, and I cancel the IFR flight plan.

he expected messages come in and the flight switches to VFR. After about a minute, ATC switches back to IFR on its own, according to the flight plan.
