ISSUE DESCRIPTION
Description of the issue:improper clearance for weather and wind, unable to change setting of “enforce flight plan” Even if I rewrite the flight plan changing the runways, approaches, departures and arrival runway the system defaults to the original default plan. when uploading the flight plan to atc and avionics atc ignores my flight plan and reverts to the default.

1.choose a mission
2.check weather adjust flight plan send to atc
3.start the flight
4.atc will give you the original runway, or you will be instructed to taxi to the original regardless of if it is appropriate or not
5. try to disable enforce flight plan and you cannot
6. cancel ifr in flight, if the game does not ctd, which it may you get “fly plane to planetypepropeller or some other nonsensical destination

I am sure this is not the first report, not even second or third, but this remains an issue MONTHS into the release. I could do more bug reports about the efb and xbox controller setting which was first discovered in SU beta 2 and subsequently released into the retail build because these bug reports are not taken seriously, they are fragmented over an entire forum and there apparently is not much testing going on…or someone above the devs just doesnt care.
