ATC constantly repeating same instruction even after acknowledgement by AI aircraft or AI aircraft not responding to ATC

ISSUE

ATC constantly repeating same instruction after acknowledgment by AI aircraft when ready to take off, or AI aircraft not acknowledging ATC after take-off.

FREQUENCY OF ISSUE

Occurs every time I load the sim.

REPRODUCTION STEPS

Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:

  1. Observe AI aircraft line up for take off with another AI aircraft on the runway, whether the other aircraft has just landed or is preparing to take off already on runway.

  2. AI aircraft will ask for clearance to take off (with another aircraft on runway). ATC will tell them to hold due to aircraft on the runway. AI aircraft acknowledges hold. The AI aircraft will continuously request clearance for take off despite previous hold acknowledgement. ATC will repeat another aircraft is on the runway. This sequence continues to repeat until runway is clear, sometimes 5 or six times in a row.

  3. Second issue. AI aircraft will take off. After departure, ATC tells AI aircraft to change frequencies. Often 3 or 4 times in a row before AI aircraft finally acknowledges.

YOUR SETTINGS

If the issue still occurs with no mods and add-ons, please continue to report your issue. If not, please move this post to the User Support Hub.

What peripherals are you using, if relevant:

I would also like to report this same issue. Another big problem is aircraft dont register your position. it can be a long line for takeoff and the aircraft will just taxi right into you

YES. I second this. This a significant issue that kills the immersion. I hope this is part of their next fix. They have done a nice job so far for series S.

Kind of like this…

This is still a problem and has not been fixed. ATC and AI traffic stuck in repeated request for clearance at runway, told to hold, acknowledges, and the same sequence of requests repeats itself over and over with the same aircraft.
