Flight plans filed with ATC that include SIDs STARs with altitude and speed constraints ATC seems to ignore. For example a SID requiring an AT or AT/BELOW altitude/speed, ATC gives instruction to climb straight to cruise at whatever speed you like.

You should be aware that in real life ATC ignores altitude restrictions on departure as well. Beyond ATC and default ATC in XP12 do it too. If you check flight radar 24 you will find many examples where planes follow SID path but climb straight to cruise altitude.
I stopped using default ATC in FS2024 months ago but I used it for all IFR flights in FS2020 and they always respected STAR restrictions. Maybe it has changed in FS2024.
