There already is a multiplayer shared cockpit wishlist item out there. You can vote for it here:

Really think that this would elevate the flight simulator and allow people to be connected with the world more (especially during COVID). This has been the one feature missing from every good flight simulator and adding this would definatley impress many. Some suggestions here by @GunnerRat:

Because that part was a duplicate of an already-existing topic, I edited your topic so that it talks about the other item you wished for: ATC directing ground traffic.
