ATC IFR clearance problem and simbrief flight plan import problem

When I installed the new patch When I start the IFR clearance ATC does not have any respond and the atc menu does not have any option to choose.

Also, the other problem when I import a flight plan from simbrief, some missing waypoint went crazy.
