ATC ignores IFR flight plan set in the world view section at descent

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue: ATC ignores IFR flight plan set in the world view section at descent unless you manually select: “Request IFR Clearance for Instrument FP“ in the ATC window.

FREQUENCY OF ISSUE

It happens 100% of flights

REPRODUCTION STEPS

Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:

  1. Create a flight plan in the world view section (select “high altitude airways IFR”, departure, destination, cruise alt, etc.)

  2. Choose a suitable airliner (Default A320Neo in my case)

  3. ATC will instruct you to take off, climb and switch frequencies, but never to descend or land. If you try to descend the ATC will complain that you’re not maintaining the set altitude.

  4. If you manually select “Request IFR Clearance for Instrument FP“ in the ATC window, then the ATC will guide you to descend but will also mess up the cruise altitude.

  5. This “Request IFR Clearance for Instrument FP“ option wasn’t visible in previous versions of the sim if you created your IFR plan successfully in the “world view” previous to the flight. Before, it only became visible if your flight plan was cancelled.

At the moment in game ATC even messes up normal approaches and runway selections, even when fallow atc fligthplan is on. I know there are all sorts of good enough 3th party ATC replacements on hand, but Asobo needs to adress the ingame one… but for a reason unknown to me there is no view at it soon i believe
