Was flying near Munich Germany. ATC were continually instructing aircraft to fly to their assigned altitude non-stop.
This is only a small portion of the transcript. Anyone else seeing this ??
(Not just in Germany, but ATC in general = broken)
I’m afraid the built-in ATC is terrible and has been since day 1. Personally I switch it off in the options menu and use Pilot2ATC instead.

Entirely possible the controllers in Germany are trying to get a jump on Octoberfest.
