Brief description of the issue:
ATC seems to always assign opposite runways for me and AI traffic. Flying around BIKF. I departed from runway 01, just the runway I chose from the map. While flying the STAR I input while airborne I contacted ATC and requested a landing and was told to fly right downwind for runway 28. As it wasn’t the runway I wanted (01) I just cancelled the landing request. As I got closer to the airport I decided to fly VFR with the airport in sight and circled to land, so I again requested a landing. this was just a few minutes later, and now ATC directs me to fly right downwind for runway 19. I did this, but while circling I can see a line of AI traffic taxiing towards runway 01. I still continue and land on runway 19. As I am taxiing towards my parking spot all the traffic lined up at runway 01 beging to depart from that runway. This always seems to be the case. I will be taking off or landing on a particular runway, directed by ATC, and there will be traffic taking off or landing in the complete opposite direction to me. I was using live weather at the time, as I most often do.
