As long as I flew the PMDG 737 I did not have the problem with mute ATC, but now I switched to ATR 72 it started shortly after take off. Could this problem be connected with some special planes?
I looked into the radio and communication knobs but turning volume to max won’t help nor going into settings. The ATC sound in the ATR 72 is gone!

Just to test does anyone know where in the ATR72 the mute button for radio is? I searched it now and could not find a mute button.
