Check out that post: ATC Callsign not using ICAO Alphabet - #8 by FSEINDHOVEN, maybe can help
My Win11 language is English as well as the sim

I had values in all three custom boxes… Tail Number, Call Sign and Registration. An odd behavior is that the ATC also calls out the Registration and the Callsign, which would be incorrect also, such as saying “N734DB SWA123 Clear for take off” etc.
This was on a VIP mission. English is the Win11 language.
It is important perhaps to distinguish that this problem does not occur in free flight, it is specific to missions.
I missed you mentioned “mission” in reproduction steps. I have updated the title to reflect it, added mission tag and moved to User Interface & Activities since could be specific to missions.
I am not using career/missions so hopefully some other users can try to reproduce.
Can you confirm you are under SU1 ?, did the issue also happened in the Live version ?
I filed this the other week. I recommend going through Zendesk, you’ll get Feedback-Logged by virtue of doing so. Note that’s not the same as Bug-Logged.
I haven’t spent a lot of time in Zendesk, but I don’t see any easy way to get into existing tickets, are you sure this isn’t something you’ve got by virtue of being a moderator? When I go there, I can see Faq’s and knowledge base etc, but there doesn’t seem to be any thing that would allow me to rummage around in the open tickets.
If you can show me a specific navigation to get there, I’d appreciate.
