ATC Out of Control

Hi, I was flying a TBM from Peretola (Florence, Italy) towards Innsbruck (Austria) and I had several issues with the ATC:

  1. Clear for take off while an aircraft was landing on the same runway
  2. Annoying requests to update the altitude in a never ending loop across the Alps
  3. Several switch in between Innsbruck and Monaco ATC…almost never ending
  4. No instruction to descent from 13k feet, flight plan was passing from 13k to runway in a split of second
