ATC sound folder containing the sound file USEnglishBig.gvp to translate it

Hi ,
this file had been fully translated into French and the ATC had become in French.
I cannot find the sound folder for the Atc in FS20
with this file: USEnglishBig.gvp.
This with the intention of creating a pack in French.
