ATC Speed and Altitude violations when flying VFR in Career Mode

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue:
You constantly receive ATC infractions for deviating from your filed flight plan in career, despite being filed as VFR and not contacting ATC for IFR clearance. This mostly appears as cruise speed violations, but also flight level violations occasionally.

N/A, no mods

FREQUENCY OF ISSUE

How often does this occur for you (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)?
Not every flight, but it does happen often in career mode.

REPRODUCTION STEPS

Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:

  1. Check the cruise speed set in your flight plan
  2. Go lower than it or hover around it in VFR flight

• I have constant issue with speed infringements in both takeoff and landing. I also get altitude infringements on takeoffs. No way to ever ace a flight with these continuous issues.
There is really not extra information to report. I have the issue in career mode and it is on every flight.

• I see the issue only when adjusting the flight plan from the original, however if your cruise altitude is set to roughly where the mission is going to be it seems to not pop the demerits as often
