"ATC Speed Infringement" penalty while doing 40kts

Description of the issue:
In the first hoist rescue mission, the game gives you an “ATC Speed Infringement” penalty after takeoff. In my case, I was doing 40kts.

No mods/add-ons used ever

• Yes! Multiple times.

• I’m only going 65 kts in the Cessna 172 but the violation notice gives no information as to whether I’m going too fast/slow. I’m left to assume one or the other. This isn’t fun.

65 is perfect! Penalty for you!

Same here. Every time the sightseeing is over and I’m just about to head back to the airport. Resulting in seven of these and a really bad rating on the flight. Impossible to get A-flights with passengers to advance with the specializations.

It doesn’t happen in all missions, so keep trying different ones in different areas.

i’ve got the same in multiple flightseeing missions in the cessna 172 skyhawk.

filed the plan with atc beforehand, vfr with 1500ft max cruise alt, still a total of 14 mistakes that feel very unfair. in this specific case the landing performance was rated as “smooth as butter” by the ai passenger, but due to the 18knot crosswind i had a wing lift on me a bit and wobbled right after touchdown, so i guess that’s the 27% knock on the landing smoothness.

the sim should really do a better job telling us what cost us which percentages of the scores when we do something the sim doesn’t like.

Indeed. These penalties should be telling you what you are doing wrong. General topic is not enough, it needs to tell you what the limit is and how you are breaking it.

Same problem here. Flying an helicopter, in several missions, I get this penalty when going under 40 knots. Even when approaching to land!

I think I only get these in spains airspace (I only fly europe). How about others?

I haven’t noticed that; but I fly a lot in Spain, so you may be right.
