ATC will not indicate descent altitude

In 2024
1.I am flying IFR and ATC will only indicate ascending to cruising altitude and will not indicate the start of descent.

2.ATC dialog box cannot display the latest instructions

Is it a setting problem or a game bug? How to solve it? Thank you.

I have the same issue almost every time. The ATC tells you to descend way too late most of the time (like I should be 10 000 feet by the time and I’m still in cruise), and or you drop like a rock or you need to go around. It also says please expedite your descent, like you can just drop 10k feet in a minute. I honestly stopped listening to it and just do the descent as I should, but for me it seems like a bug.

Hey, I was flying on IFR from Bangkok to Singapore. ATC told me to climb 39000 feet so I did it. However, when I was a few NM away from Changi Airprot my ATC stayed silent and didn’t tell me to do anything yet. Descent and ATC

I’m flying IFR flight plans and noticed during the descent stage, the ATC always announces the descent instructions past the waypoint that I should be at that attitude for. This creates the issue that I am always not low enough on final approach. I have tried following my flight plan manually, and aim for each each attitudes waypoint to alleviate this issue. Is anyone else having issues with descent and ATC?

Request lower altitude from ATC when approaching top of descend. Don’t wait for ATC. You are flying the plane, not them. How ATC supposed to know your planned descend rate or your plane capabilities?

in 2020，ATC will automatically remind you to start descending altitude. FL350 descends to FL200, FL200 descends to 8000ft, and finally descends to the approach altitude, but this will not be done in 2024.
