ATC window cannot be opened

Brief description of the issue:
The ATC icon in the toolbar is greyish and I cannot click it.

I have all mods removed.

I’ve got this bug too, also no ATC audio. Previous suggested fixes do not solve it.
Then there’s autopilot going rogue.

I’ve managed to fix it!

  • go to assist menu and select “Assist All”
    -Hit save and apply
  • Do a flight for 3-4 minutes
    -go back to assist and change it to the levels that you want
